VP-Volume 0 explores the creative and technical possibilities of LED-wall virtual production, with Ardeshir Abdolrahimi as director and cinematographer and Saeed Babaei as producer. Developed through Aquifer Film, the work focuses on ambient lighting, reflections and real-time monitoring, bringing the relationship between light, screen and camera into the filmmaking process. 

LED-wall production allows displayed environments to contribute both backgrounds and lighting to a scene, connecting digital imagery with the physical space of filming. This approach offers opportunities to assess the image during production and to create different settings within a controlled studio environment. Aquifer Film’s exploration highlights these possibilities alongside the potential to reduce production time and travel.
