Win follows Sascha, a young athlete who returns to her family home and community after an injury and confronts her father’s long-term illness. Her recovery is set alongside his physical decline, bringing different generations’ experiences of vulnerability and longing into the same domestic space. 

Written and directed by Steph Tari Odu and produced by Fawzia Mahmood, the film reflects on rest, changing physical capacities and the emotional significance of returning home. 

Supported by BFI NETWORK, it features Shaniqua Okwok, Martins Imhangbe and Ayesha Antoine, with cinematography by Oliver Ford.
